  7. Grocery Manager for Windows package on Bulletin Board Systems.

  21. As the exclusive copyright holder for Grocery Manager For
  22. Windows, Paul Davison authorizes on-line distribution only in
  23. accordance with the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and
  24. Distributors should refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for
  25. complete license information.

  27. The Grocery Manager For Windows package is defined as containing
  28. all the material listed in the PACKING.TXT text file.  If any
  29. files listed in the PACKING.TXT text file, or the PACKING.TXT
  30. file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  31. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  32. complete package suitable for distribution.

  34. The Grocery Manager For Windows package - including all related
  35. program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in
  36. any way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  37. and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  38. exception. The PACKING.TXT text file contains a list of all
  39. files that are part of the Grocery Manager For Windows package.

  41. Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
  42. each archived file. This text file describes the BBS and tells
  43. people that the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.
  44. Other BBSs add a small one-line message with their BBS name and
  45. phone number into the compressed file, which will display when
  46. the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of mentioning
  47. your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided the program
  48. and documentation is otherwise unmodified and complete.

  58. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any
